Espresso is an emulsion that occurs through the extraction of oils by a pressure brew process.  The goal of this process to achieve a beverage that tastes like ground coffee smells.

Americano
An espresso beverage that combines the unique taste of espresso with hot water to maintain the integrity of flavor without the intensity or strength of pure espresso.

Latte
An espresso beverage that offers a lower proportion of espresso to milk, softening the taste of espresso while highlighting the sweet-smoothness of steamed milk.

Cappuccino
An espresso beverage with equal proportions of froth, espresso and milk.

Mocha
An espresso beverage that combines the bitter-sweet elements of coffee and chocolate along with the smooth sweetness of milk.

Hot Specialties

White Mocha
A sweeter version of the original mocha, using gourmet Ghirardelli white chocolate, espresso and topped off with steamed milk and optional whipped cream.

Chai Tea Latte
Spiced black tea and steamed milk create a delicious sweet beverage without the bitter "coffee" flavor of expresso. The web site guy's favorite!

Steamer
Latte without the expresso. Steamed milk, sweetened and flavored by one our our syrups, creates a simple and delicious treat.

Frappe
A blended iced espresso drink with the taste of mocha or vanilla.

Smoothie
Choose from strawberry, blueberry, peach or green apple.
